(Purpose)<\/span>\n          <span class=\"jn_rule_text\">These Regulations set forth the necessary matters concerning admission to membership in the Human Resources Development &amp; Employment Organization (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOrganization\u201d), pursuant to Article 7 of the Organization\u2019s Articles of Incorporation.<\/span>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/summary>\n    <\/details>\n\n    <details class=\"jn_rule\" open=\"\">\n      <summary>\n        <span class=\"jn_rule_icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/icon_cheaksheet.png\" alt=\"Admission\"><\/span>\n        <span class=\"jn_rule_body\">\n          <span class=\"jn_rule_title\">Article 2 (Admission)<\/span>\n          <ul class=\"jn_rule_list\">\n            <li>Applicants must submit the prescribed Membership Application Form.<\/li><li>The Board of Directors shall determine whether to approve or reject each membership application.<\/li>\n            <li>Applicants must support the objectives of the Organization and be willing to cooperate with its activities and operations.<\/li><li>Applicants must not have previously been denied membership or expelled from the Organization.<\/li><li>Applicants will be notified if their membership application is denied.<\/li><li>Approved applicants will be registered in the Organization\u2019s membership roster.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/summary>\n    <\/details>\n\n    <details class=\"jn_rule\" open=\"\">\n      <summary>\n        <span class=\"jn_rule_icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/icon_composition.png\" alt=\"Membership Categories and Fees\"><\/span>\n        <span class=\"jn_rule_body\">\n          <span class=\"jn_rule_title\">Article 3 (Membership Categories and Fees)<\/span>\n          <ul class=\"jn_rule_list\">\n            <li>Membership categories (Regular Members, General Members, and Supporting Members) and membership fees shall be as stipulated in Article 6 of the Articles of Incorporation.<\/li>\n            <li>Membership fees shall be paid upon admission.<\/li><li>Membership fees will not be refunded upon withdrawal from the Organization.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/summary>\n    <\/details>\n\n    <details class=\"jn_rule\" open=\"\">\n class=\"jn_rule_list\">\n            <li>Members must promptly notify the Organization of any changes to their registered information.<\/li>\n            <li>Members wishing to withdraw from the Organization must submit the prescribed Membership Withdrawal Form.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/summary>\n    <\/details>\n\n    <details class=\"jn_rule\" open=\"\">\n
