About HuReDee

Connecting Japan and Vietnam
A Platform for Developing Highly Skilled Talent

HuReDee is a platform that supports talent development and industry-academia collaboration by serving as a bridge between universities and students in Vietnam and universities and companies in Japan.
Through internship opportunities, the promotion of joint research, career support, and enhanced Japanese-language and business education, we work to foster sustainable cooperation between Japan and Vietnam while developing talent capable of succeeding on a global stage.

Developing the Talent Who Will Shape the Future
Supporting Learning and Challenges Beyond Borders

HuReDee aims to build an ecosystem in which educational institutions, companies, and students can learn and grow together.
To address Japan’s growing need for talent in science and engineering, IT, and other highly specialized fields, we create opportunities for Japanese-language education, business etiquette training, practical training and internships, and employment matching.
By supporting both the global talent strategies of Japanese companies and the career development of Vietnamese students, we promote cross-border talent development and contribute to society.
